UAID is hosting a day-long virtual conference on April 8, 2023 with the theme as Reproductive Health and Literacy. The overturning of Roe v Wade has had a huge impact on access to reproductive healthcare in this country. Through this conference, we aim to create a safe space to discuss reproductive health advocacy and barriers to healthcare among different communities. Through the work of our speakers and community projects, we aim to emphasize the ways in which we can improve reproductive health care access and encourage various methods of action among conference attendees.
