Thank you for registering for the Health Equity Case Study Competition taking place on October 18th, from 9am - 12pm EST! 

Please ensure that if you are participating as a team, that all of your team members are registered for the competition.

To ensure consistency and fairness, all teams must: 1) use the official UAID presentation template that was e-mailed to you which you can customize for your proposed community health improvement plan 2) use the UAID Zoom background that was e-mailed to you (please do not customize), 3) refrain from including any information about your background or institution in your presentation. We suggest business casual attire.

Please complete submit your presentation using the form below by October 15th (11:59pm EST).  Only one form needs to be submitted per team.

Key logistics include:

• Presentation Symposium Date: October 18th, 2025 | 9:00am–12:00pm EST (please join by 8:45am EST for a technology check)

• Submission Deadline: October 15th, 2025 at 11:59pm EST

• Format: Teams (or individuals) will present up to 10 slides (excluding citations) using the UAID-provided template. Each presentation will be allotted 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A

• Prize: $250 will be awarded to the first-place winner/winning team! (if there is a tie for first place, the top scoring presentations will be delivered to a different group of judges)
